A survey in a classroom at the Department of Engineering, University of Perugia, was carried out and data required for the thermal comfort evaluation and CFD simulation model set up was acquired.
Table 8 summarizes the simulation set up that was used to derive performance results.
The simulation, set up by economist Bettina Rockenbach of the University of Erfurt, Germany, and colleagues, involved the creation of two virtual worlds.
We run the simulation by randomly affecting two nodes out of the 100 nodes considered in the simulation set up and record the success of the type of object detected.

It is important to note that in this simulation set up, a higher number of segregants (n) does not increase the noise level (as is the case for simulations that rely on an explicit phenotypic model [ 7]).
For the second, a positive control (SIM06), we simulated reads from simulated chimeric event transcripts, and combined these reads with the wild-type reads from the first dataset (see Simulation set up in Methods, below).
