The phrase "simulation theory" is correct and usable in written English
It can be used in discussions about the philosophical idea that reality could be an artificial simulation, often in the context of technology or consciousness. Example: "Many scientists and philosophers debate the implications of simulation theory and its impact on our understanding of reality."
