It is found that the proposed macromolecular model performs with both accuracy and efficiency, and is superior to the two simulation regimes in atomic scale and continuum level.
The chapter addresses generic output analysis issues such as data collection for various statistics under various simulation regimes (terminating or steady state), estimation of performance measures, and testing of statistical hypotheses.
To compare the variances of the distributions from different simulation regimes, we calculated the variance of the distribution divided by the mean of the distribution, also known as the Fano factor.
