Based on FST, the historical Bexar and Kerr samples were not differentiated, whereas the Oklahoma sample was significantly differentiated from Kerr (Table 4).
Estimates of FST supported these observations, with Dll showing H. heurippa not significantly differentiated from H. m. melpomene but strongly differentiated from H. c. cordula (Table 3), while inv and w showed the opposite pattern with H. heurippa more similar to H. c. cordula (Table 3).
