It is also noteworthy that for all embedded (confirmatory) period estimation methods shown in Table 1 the BWB does not return a large proportion of significant sequences for periods 2, 5 or 20, strongly suggesting that the BWB appears to be robust to the known confounders of factor and multiple periods during confirmatory analysis.
