The phrase "signed below" is correct and usable in written English.
It is typically used in legal documents as a reference to the signature line or lines at the bottom of the document. For example, "Please read this document carefully and sign where indicated below."
One ad for the latter boldly stated, against the magazine's traditional red background: "I never read The Economist," signed below by "Management trainee.
(The selection process in this case was much less contentious than the one Malcolm describes): Twelve names were called, including that which is signed below, and twelve men found seats in that privileged space, looking down over the heads of their less fortunate brethren.
"And of the many, many others who are signed below.
The answer is because Obama has organized those forces into a campaign for an already compromised position without any clear guiding principle other than "we urgently need health care reform" -- and that is precisely what is reflected in the statement I signed below.
It is sufficient to write "For Deposit Only" with your name signed below.

This is the team that Heat officials thought they would have when they united James, Wade and Chris Bosh last summer and enticed Haslem and Miller to sign below-market contracts.
Whatever you do with this check, only write on these lines many checks will say "do not write, stamp or sign below this line" to help you comply with this policy.
The signs below are by no means a complete list, but from my experience have been tell-tale signs of a toxic relationship and may be reason to move on.
