That enabled the French-born designer to indulge in a show of everything she loves — dresses and more dresses, rounded, womanly and sometimes with tiny Provençal prints or an insouciant cardigan as a reminder that the designer is French-born.
The agenda item Thursday night was the showing of "Everything's Cool," a documentary about the long, slow trudge toward an understanding of the enormous stakes of addressing climate change.
It was not the gift shop, the audio tour, the tourists in Disneyland tee shirts nor the never ending convoy of strollers all taking in a show of everything the Impressionists made sure to scorn.
There you'll have your sleeve tugged and laminated cards showing pictures of everything from Gucci totes to Hermès Kelly bags thrust in your face (the goods are hidden away to make arrest less likely).
"A chit to Harry Hopkins about public works programs shows the interconnectiveness of everything he's doing: using bales of cotton to make overalls, which would support farm prices, which would put money in people's pockets and improve the economy".

The film shows the beauty of everything that we've placed at risk, the new technologies that can save us, the inspiring people leading the way.
But nothing is ever that simple, as demonstrated by "Inception," a movie that makes a show of complicating everything in its path.
