The EDS spectrum (e) from sample 6. Nanogap photodetectors with high-quality FeS2 nanocrystals, schematically shown in Figure 4a, were fabricated by standard photolithography on a p-type silicon substrate covered with a thick layer of thermal oxide (axial direction: <100>, silicon thickness: 500 ± 10 μm, oxidation thickness: 2,000 ± 20 nm, resistivity of silicon: 0.05 Ω cm).
SAW microfluidic devices, as shown in Figure 1, were fabricated at nominal frequencies of 50, 100, 200, 400, 833, and 1250 MHz, and the reflection coefficients were measured to find the resonant frequency at which to operate (Table 1 ; details of similar fabrication techniques can be found in Travagliati et al.[ 18]).
As the cross-sectional view of Figure 5b shows, the nanowires were fabricated in the center region of the bottom surface, but do not appear on the surface near the sidewalls.
InGaN oxide stripe lasers (450 μm×3.5 μm) with an emission wavelength around 420 nm were fabricated showing threshold currents of 330 mA and turn-on voltages of about 21V operated under pulse current injections at room temperature.
Due to unreliable testimony later shown to be fabricated, the then-18-year-old painter and decorator found himself convicted of murder, receiving a life sentence that tore him away from his young family in South Wales.
For this reason, only certain tip shapes, similar to those shown in Fig. 2, were fabricated successfully.
With further increment of deposition thickness, merged and irregular Ag nanostructures were fabricated as shown in Fig. 2a c.
The nanomechanical PZT cantilevers were fabricated as shown in Figure 4. We started the microfabrication with a 100-mm-diameter p-doped Si (100) wafer.
The PDMS device with shallow channel and deep channels (source/sink channel and center chamber) were fabricated as shown in Fig. 2b.
After removing the Cr mask layer using a CR-7 etchant (Cyantek, Fremont, CA, USA), the electrode patterns were fabricated as shown in Fig. 2b.
