In the LEA and RAB family, as well as other stress-tolerance genes, all the DEGs show high-parent dominance with expression levels similar to 93-11.
We found that embryo-characteristic genes among DEGs are primarily up-regulated and showed high-parent dominance (79.2%) with the addition of over-dominance (20.8%).
