One can observe that the hexagonal wurtzite planes show a small shift with an increasing Fe content except the sample doped with 0.06.
The BSSW shows a small shift of 0.01° that can be attributed to the small evanescent field of the BSSW at the surface (Figure 1c).
Notably, for the CV profile of the Ag-NPC (Fig. 7b), the redox peak related to the formation of LixN appeared between 0.7 and 0.9 V, showing a small shift compared to that of the NPC.
However, compound 2 showed a small shift in the slope of the lines in the Zhang Poorman plot (Kid=9.1 μM), suggesting that compound 2 inhibits the dimerization of HIV-1 PR not only through a dissociative mechanism but also through an active-site directed mechanism partly.
Compared with that of the bare ZnO nanowire arrays, the position of the ZnO (002) diffraction peak after being deposited with the ZnTe layer shows a small shift to the smaller angle side in the top inset of Figure 4, which indicates that the ZnO lattice is enlarged.
If Asp116 is the main part of the counterion, it might have been expected that D116N be red-shifted also and show a smaller additional red shift as the pH is lowered, from protonation of the other part of the counterion, Asp251.
Compared to the pristine TiO2 NRs, the Ti and O peaks of Sn/TiO2 NRs show a small positive shift (as shown in Figure 5b,c), which suggests a certain electron drain from the Ti4+ in the oxide matrix due to the presence of Sn4+, considering their difference in electronegativity (Sn = 1.96 vs. Ti = 1.54) [32].
This is the case of Chlamydomonas and Ostreococcus orthologs which have an histidine as the Chl A5 ligand and the PSI antenna consistently shows a smaller red shift (C. reinhardtii, [52]) or is missing red emitting forms (O. tauri, [30]).
Furthermore, the hysteresis loops of the samples show a small asymmetry with a shift toward the negative field.
