Discover Ludwig"shoot by" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in written English.
It is possible that it could be used informally in spoken English, but there are better ways to express the same idea. Example: "I'll just shoot by the store on my way home." (This could mean stopping at the store briefly while on the way home.).
