The field effect mobility of IZO-TFTs decreased from 2.20 cm2 V−1 s−1 to 1.22 cm2 V−1 s−1, turn-on voltage shifted −7 V to −21 V and subthreshold swing value increased after proton irradiation with a 1012 cm−2 dose.
At higher pH, 8.0, while the peak at 0.70 V shifted to 0.41 V, a new peak at 0.8 V appeared.

The reflectivity spectra and graphs of peak shift vs incubation time for PSi-Ma,b-NH2 microcavities (Ma = APTES; Mb = APDMES) before and after treatment with 33% aqueous ammonia (17 h, 55°C) used in the standard deprotection condition are reported in Figure 3.

Fitting a protein chemical shift vs ligand concentration curve for DC-SIGN with LewisX (as described in the Materials and Methods) as well as SPR data indicates a binding affinity of around 1 mM.
Non-linear regression fitting of chemical shifts vs pH was performed with Prism (GraphPad) using a modified version of the Henderson–Haselbach equation: δ o b s = δ H A + δ A − 10 p H − p K r 1 + 10 p H − p K r, δ obs is the observed chemical shift at a specific pH value, and δ HA and δ A are the chemical shifts in the fully protonated and deprotonated state, respectively.
As can be seen, a nearly shift-free of V th was obtained from RT to 150 °C, only 0.02 V negative shifting of V th was observed.
