Major presentations in Charleston will include Gluck's "Iphigenie en Tauride"; "The Silver River," a new version of the music-theater work by Bright Sheng with libretto by David Henry Hwang, based on Chinese folklore; and "Running Man," a collaboration by the poet Cornelius Eady and the jazz composer Diedre Murray.
