Recently a new method for flexural strengthening of concrete beams with FRP sheets, named as grooving method (GM) with the special technique of externally bonded reinforcement on grooves (EBROG), has been introduced as alternative to conventional externally bonded reinforcement (EBR).
To study how materials on the inner walls with different optical properties influenced the light environment in the mesocosm tanks, we used thin glossy white PVC sheets (named White in the following) and thick aluminum foil (named Alu in the following) to cover the inside wall, in addition to the uncovered original black polyethene wall (named Black in the following).
Genotype and phase calls for these additional samples are provided in the last four Excel sheets (named "libE22_16samples", "libG22_16samples", and "lib22_16samples_allelic" and "lib22_16samples_phase").
The three Excel sheets (named "libE60", "libG60", and "lib60_allelic") contain the genotype calls for the E libraries, G libraries and the allelic genotype calls, respectively.
