Samples prepared by using sonication displayed sharp characteristic peaks compared to the samples with no sonication.
Samples prepared without any addition of templates show the very sharp characteristic peaks of both MgO and MgAl2O4.
The output of a sharp characteristic Eu3+ emission is read as "0" only in the absence of AcO− ion under oxygen atmosphere.
Before the growth of ZnO NWs, a strong and sharp characteristic GO peak at around 10.6° (8.31 Å) was detected, which corresponds to the (002) plane of GO films.

Due to the charge transfer absorption (V5+O2−4→V4+O2−4), the white light spectra they emit consist of both a broad photoluminescence band centered at about 518 nm, which would be from VO4 groups with approximate C3v symmetry, and a sharp characteristic spectrum (5D0 → 7F2) at about 611 nm from the doped Eu3+ ion at the Sr2+ sites in the Sr2V2O7 crystal.
