The club declined to comment on the accounts, but in his chairman's notes introducing the figures, Fernandes said: "When, alongside my business partners, I purchased a majority shareholding... my goal was to turn QPR into an established Premier League club.
Shareholding by managers, or the absence thereof, can easily be misconstrued, he said.
"I have to say it's not one of my better decisions having to look at that and watch the demise of my shareholding over time.
