Does my ethical obligation to share what I know about this employer outweigh my legal obligations?
I'm happy to share what I know with the younger generation, like my 16-year-old grandson, Ethan Glenn, who plays drums with my group.
My focus at MIDS is to absorb as much as possible from the program and my colleagues, to be brave enough to contribute ideas that might not seem congruent with the topic at hand, to be articulate enough to make their case, to freely share what I know and to keep an open mind at all times.
With this in mind, I thought I'd share what I know about how to engage with this highly sought-after but hard-to-reach audience.
I have a place in which I can share what I know … I could be connected with fellows who also learn Coursera, get support, and are able to share … At least, should I talk about Coursera, there are those who can support (me).
Rather than showing up to impress someone so they'll hire me again or refer me to another client, I show up to give to share what I know and what I've learned in hopes that it will propel people forward.
