A year ago, Constellation earned 69 cents per share on a comparable basis.
The firm's profit amounts to 76 cents a share on a fully exchanged basis.
It said the deal would add to its earnings per share on a pro forma basis beginning next year.
Circuit City said it earned $89.6 million, or 43 cents a share, on a 1.8percentt increase in sales.
Best Buy said it earned $469 million, or $1.42 a share, on a 21percentt increase in sales.
Boeing, based in Chicago, said it earned $4.45 a share in 2010, in part because of a gain of 50 cents a share on a favorable tax settlement.
The pricing will give XD Electric a maximum price-to-earnings ratio of 34.17 times its 2008 net profit per share on a fully diluted basis, it said.
