'shall be stationed' is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it in a formal or official context when you are talking about a group of people or objects that need to be positioned or assigned in a certain place. For example: "The security personnel shall be stationed at the entrances to the building."
3. United States combat forces withdrawn pursuant to paragraph 2 above shall be stationed in the agreed facilities and areas outside cities, villages, and localities to be designated by the JMOCC before the date established in paragraph 2 above.
