Each member who becomes entitled to educational assistance under subsection (a) shall be given a statement in writing prior to release from active service that summarizes the provisions of this chapter and stating clearly and prominently the substance of section 16165 of this title as such section may apply to the member.
(3) The statement "CHOKING HAZARD" shall be regarded as a statement of the principal hazard associated with the products subject to this section.
The label statements shall be enclosed by a rectangular border that is the same color as the letters of the statements and that is the width of the first downstroke of the capital "W" of the word "WARNING" in the label statements.
"In the matter of financial statements, the Commission is given authority to prescribe not only the forms in which statements shall be rendered, but also by what terms the various items of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, shall be designated.
(a) Supplemental statements shall be filed on a form provided by the Registration Unit.
3. The statements shall be correlated with the relevant submissions to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
(2) The full cautionary statements shall be in conspicuous and legible type in contrast by typography, layout or color.
'It is due to merchants and others called to give such information that their statements shall be taken in the presence of official persons only.
The statements shall be separated from all other graphic material by a space no smaller than the minimum allowable height of the type size for other cautionary material (e.g., the phrase "Not for children under 3 yrs".).
(4) If any amount stated in paragraph (b)(3)(i) or (ii) of this section represents an allocation of revenues, expenses, assets or liabilities between the newspaper and any parent, subsidiary, division or affiliate, the financial statements shall be accompanied by a full explanation of the method by which each such amount has been allocated.
The type size of abbreviated cautionary statements shall be reasonably related to the type size of any other printed matter in the product advertisement, and must be in conspicuous and legible type by typography, layout, or color with other printed matter in the advertisement and separated from other graphic matter.
