On Table 3, we test whether this differential ED demand among ADSE and NHS patients after the co-payments' increase was sensitive to the severity of ED visits and the distance patients had to travel to the ED.

The imputation was based on other patients in the study with similar age, days of sickness, severity, number of ambulatory visits, type of provider, and number of hospitalized days (including the number of days spent at the intensive care unit [ICU]).
