Arts leaders and museum chiefs have welcomed an unexpectedly good settlement for the sector after George Osborne acknowledged that deep budget cuts would be "a false economy".
This residential neighbourhood, one of the most densely populated in the city, is a Jewish settlement in a sector where the majority of the population are Arab, east of the Green Line that separated Israel and Jordan before the six-day war in 1967.
It accepts the principle of a "package settlement", covering all sectors.
"But in the current economic climate, this is a good settlement for DCMS' sectors".
After the Conservatives won the May 2015 election, Osborne said he wanted a new settlement with the banking sector and an end to blaming them for the financial crisis.
"Without concerted action across government and the sector, the settlement is not sufficient, not targeted at the right geographies and will not come soon enough to resolve the care funding crisis," the groups warn.
Accepting government money and grants from the private sector (tobacco settlement money will be added soon), the group began offering its Access Health plan, in which it picks up 40percentt of the cost of coverage and the employer and employees pay 30percentt each.
The company, which runs invoice processing and claims settlement for the insurance sector and was the inaugural sponsor of the university boat race, said it had been in talks with Capita since 11 August, with an initial bid of 140p a share in cash raised to 160p.
Osborne signaled in a key speech in June that he wanted a "new settlement" with the financial sector, taken to mean an end to banker bashing.
