"We will bring more detail on the settlements and on our approach to addressing two states, and they will bring what they expect to get from the Arab world, meaning measures of normalization, and from the Palestinian side steps on security and moves to end incitement," he said.
"He inherited that position in a very, very difficult time, both from the reputational risk we were suffering as well as how that affected the morale of the organization and the effect that a lot of these settlements had on our bottom line last year".
Anglesey chief executive Richard Parry Jones said: "We'll now have to assess the significant impact that the settlement will have on our capacity to provide services.
