Such analysis that does exist confirms the characteristics that would be expected based on the target and the settings of the screening programme (ie, young women).
In fact, its phylogenetic analysis highlighted that the nematode possesses two distinct lysozyme types (Fig. 2; inferred from the alignment obtained using default settings of the alignment programme), thus confirming previous observations.
The number of mutations was called by each programme and passed through the filter settings of the SAMtools program (Table 1).
The range of specific interventions and settings of the integrated treatment programmes differed to some extent across the seven studies (e.g. depression- vs. trauma-focused care and residential vs. assertive settings; see Table 2 and Additional File 2).
However, this programme was not reaching the targeted communities because of their low involvement in the preschool settings where the programme is delivered.
The diversity of the settings in which the programme will be delivered was highlighted as was the need for cultural change and support not only for trainees but the trainers themselves.
Although we evaluated the applicability of the ACA training programme in two different settings, our results can only be generalised with caution to use of the programme in other settings.
This offers the possibility to check for the suitability of the programme in different settings - our second goal - and to compare its effectiveness and utility within them.
Future trials should also provide more detailed descriptions of implementation procedures, whether planned or unplanned, so that readers can judge the applicability of the programme in different settings or on a larger scale.
