(ref. 24, p.403) Clinicians noted that dedication of time to practice; a deliberate attempt to focus on skills gained such as collaborative goal setting and setting action plans; and support from colleagues were useful in facilitating a change in the practice over time.
The goals of the program were to build self-management skills, identify goals, set action plans and engage in problem solving approaches in a group setting.
