In early breast cancer, where the number of CTC and thus the number of mRNA transcripts are very low, we found a concordance for 223/254 (87.8%, P = 0.000) of all samples tested while in the verified metastasis setting the concordance was almost perfect, for 48/51 (94.1%, P = 0.000) of all samples tested (Table 4).
When we excluded regions with less than one read in either data set, the mean concordance rates based on exact match and position-match increased to 62% and 66%, respectively (Table 1).

It is also necessary to assess which types of uncertainties are related to the read-across prediction for example, the number of analogues in the source set, the concordance with regard to the data, and the severity of the hazard (Blackburn and Stuard 2014).
All metrics are sensitive to the choice of variants in the truth and test sets, especially the concordance metric, which is determined by the intersection of the "test" and "truth" datasets.
If a 100% concordance had been set, the number of concordant polymorphisms would have been substantially reduced.
For statistical inference of the concordance function, we set the critical threshold of T-values for concordance to a value equivalent to the joint distribution of atrophy and perfusion at p < 0.05 statistical significance with a family-wise error (FWE) adjustment for multiple comparisons, as illustrated in Fig. 1.
In addition, there is a consumption tax τ c as well as a lump-sum tax Υ equal for all subcohorts, which we use to set the budget deficit in concordance with the data.
For the prediction set, the Pearson's and concordance correlation coefficients between the IgG measured by RID and predicted by ATR spectroscopy were both 0.93.
We set the threshold to 0.8 in concordance with the previous reports [ 17].
