In the current study, w e set out to perform Western blot analysis and immunohistochemical staining of pancreatic tumors and tumor-derived cells using both isoform-selective monoclonal and pan-palladin polyclonal antibodies, to identify all of the palladin isoforms that are associated with the different cell types found in pancreatic tumors.
