Wristbands for 45-minute swimming sessions will be given out first come first served, beginning at 10 a.m.
The classroom sessions will be given by trained teachers in the intervention components, smoking prevention and Health.
In both intervention groups personalised, individually tailored sessions will be given, and some of the same examination and treatment techniques will be used.
In line with current practice, a maximum of 6 × 30-minute treatment sessions will be given over a period of 6 weeks.
After 16 weeks (16 20 sessions), 4 sessions will be given once every two weeks during weeks 17 25, and as a maintenance treatment there will be 6 monthly sessions of CBASP during weeks 26 52.
In cases where it is not possible to provide the maximum number of sessions, therapists should try to ensure that at least 18 sessions will be given within the three-month period.
Before each session, they will be given and will distribute to the rest of professionals a summary of the previous session and the objectives of the present one, as well as selected documentation and support materials.
At this session, employees will be given detailed information on the study and the required commitment.
As customary within CBT, each session patients will be given homework.
