The purified products were cycle-sequenced with Big Dye terminators (Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA, USA), and the cycle sequence products were analysed with an automated sequencer (ABI Prism 310 Genetic Analyser).
G50-purified sequence products were run on an ABI 3730 automated sequencer (Applied Biosystems); the data were analyzed with Seqscape v2.6 software (Applied Biosystems).
