As a first step, we clustered 103,144 public medaka EST sequences to obtain a set of 21,121 non-redundant sequence entities.
Forty seven unique sequence entities, either contiguous assemblies of ESTs or single sequences, were selected.
Based on the analysis of these two OTUs and the similar analyses of the remaining OTUs, we conclude that OTUs that exhibit the pattern of variation seen in OTU 0 represent distinct sequence entities in the underlying dataset and that those exhibiting a pattern of variation similar to OTU 1 represent the grouping of sequence entities in the underlying dataset based on sequence similarity.
Compared with three vaccine strains, the homologies of HA nucleotide sequences and AA sequence entities of the 35 H9N2 AIVs were 84.0 93.0% and 83.6 92.2%, respectively (Table 2).

In many states, someone could legally pick up a discarded coffee cup and send a saliva sample to a commercial sequencing entity in an attempt to discover an individual's predisposition to neurodegenerative disease.
While this best-fit model shows some evidence of sequence matched entities, they are shorter and less regular than those envisaged in previous studies.
But though this defines a sequence of entities which are numbers, this procedure doesn't actually define the concept natural number (finite number).
The storylines are a sequence of entities and relationships and are treated as bag of words documents for both training classifiers and scoring against them.
Difference equations or recurrence relations describe a situation where there is a discrete sequence of entities, each of which either gives an input to its successor, or perhaps interacts with both its neighbors.
CL1 CL3 are equivalent, in free logic, to a set of sentences that properly define the theoretical terms ti (1 ≤ i ≤ n) : (D-i) ti = ιyi ∃y1 … ∃yi−1 ∃yn+1… ∃yn ∀x1 … ∀xn (TC(n1,…,nk, x1,…,xn) ↔ y1 = x1 ∧ … ∧ yi = xi ∧ … ∧ yn = xn) ti designates, according to this definition schema, the i-th component in that sequence of entities that uniquely realizes TC.
