The classification system is based on several morphological changes in renal cysts: septa formation, wall thickening including nodal components, calcification in the wall and/or septa, hyperdense cystic content and contrast enhancement after intravenous contrast injection.
However, in our case, neither multiple septa nor wall enhancement were observed.

In the remaining 19% of cases, MRI showed more septa, increased wall thickness or increased enhancement compared to CT.
More importantly, it has been described that in preoperatively selected patients with adnexal cystic masses without sonographic evidence of thick septa, internal wall papillae, or solid components, the rate of laparoscopically discovered adnexal cysts with intracystic papillary projections was 5% of which 14% were borderline tumors [ 14].
They have featureless brown cell walls measuring up to 1 μm thick, and the septa (the walls separating individual cells) have clamp connections.
In many mammals the tubules are grouped into lobules separated by connective-tissue septa, or walls.
There are clamp connections at the septa (the walls dividing individual hypha cells).
Ascospores, which measure 45 65 by 3.0 μm, have a thin but distinct sheath, and lack septa (cross-walls).
Biopsies showed multifocal, small deposits of the same extracellular amorphous material within the alveolar septa and walls of small and large vessels.
