"sensitizing concepts" is a grammatically correct phrase and can be used in written English.
It refers to concepts or ideas that raise awareness and sensitivity towards a particular topic or issue. Example: The course on diversity and inclusion aims to introduce students to sensitizing concepts such as intersectionality and cultural competence.
