Antisense to Bcl-2 has activity in breast cancer in preclinical models as a single agent and also sensitizes high Bcl-2-expressing cells to a range of chemotherapeutic agents [ 26].
Similarly to A-1210477, flavopiridol co-treatment sensitized BCL2 High NHL cell lines to navitoclax- or venetoclax-induced cell death but not A-1155463 in a synergistic manner.
Another fact is that the renal dopaminergic system is sensitized by high salt intake and volume expansion, which raises the question about how intrarenal sodium sensors influence the bioavailability of renal dopamine.
