"sense modality" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It refers to the way in which we perceive and process information through our senses. It can be used in various contexts such as psychology, neuroscience, or linguistics. Example: "The study found that individuals with synesthesia have a unique sense modality, where their senses are interconnected and they experience the world in a different way."
