Self-report accuracy of screening tests may be test-dependent and FOBT has been shown to be under-reported [ 9] but also over-reported [ 10].
To maximize self-report accuracy, investigators ask respondents to provide information on recent sexual behavior with short recall times, e.g., "over the past 4 weeks" rather than "over the past 2 years" (35 ).
However, others provide some evidence that age, ethnicity, education, employment status, family history of breast cancer, recency of the mammogram, and the regularity with which women receive mammograms do affect self-report accuracy [ 7, 10- 17, 17, 22].
Evaluating possible antecedents contributing to the youth seeking out unhealthy online activities is useful when reviewing the function log, however, a natural limitation of having a client use a functional assessment to record their online activities is the potential problems with self-report accuracy.
These estimates are however based on self report, the accuracy of which has not been established in highly disadvantaged or very low socio-economic status (SES) populations.
Unfortunately this means there is no ideal against which to judge accuracy of self report.

Again religion (Catholicism in the West of Scotland) is unlikely to be related to the accuracy of self report.
Future clinical research using BCO for monitoring or feedback should further explore optimal cut points, as well as determine the accuracy of self report among low SES individuals in high-demand situations, such as during smoking cessation trials.
The second assumption made is that differences between the West of Scotland and the Scottish population that also relate to the accuracy of self report are accounted for in generating the projected figures.
Instead, we have attempted to quantify self-report (in-) accuracy in two other ways: first, by showing over-reporting of fractures at rounded ages (figure 1).
