Restriction sites were added in GD as DNA sequence elements, separating the construct into a replication/plasmid addiction module (rep/stb), two mobilization modules (mob1/2), a conjugation module (tra), the segregation module (par), the gene expression modulation module (gem), and the resistance marker module (res).
We propose that our data may reflect a process whereby early seizures allow developmental processes of network organization, i.e., segregation into modules, to proceed normally in regions outside the ictal temporal lobe, however, the pathology of mesial structures impedes hippocampal connectivity.
However, we would like to re-iterate that the current segregation between functional brain modules is hypothetical (reverse inference), as it relies on previous neuroimaging research for linking brain areas to function.

Putative SpolllE and beta-lactamase homologs are found close each other, 10 (B5S and Hoody T) to 30 ORFs (Spock) apart and are located within the nucleotide metabolism, replication and transcription modules containing putative RNA polymerase sigma factor, chromosome segregation protein, RNA ligase, and plasmid segregation protein (Fig. 7; data not shown).
