Author's response: Actually the last two figures are sets of three figures each, Figs. 3 (a, b and c) and Figs. 4 (a, b and c) but it appears that during uploading of these figures, they were automatically segregated as figure number 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, even though they were marked as 3a, 3b, 3c, 4a, 4b and 4c.
