All study participants had been employed in the formal work sector, indicated by their workers compensation coverage; therefore, we can only assume that they relatively had few physical and psychological problems before being injured.

However, since the demand for public sector facilities is lower than that for private sector facilities as indicated by the preference for the latter [ 13, 15, 16], it is only those who can afford to pay for the private sector services that utilise them.
