People feel President Kenyatta has not done enough to tackle the problem of insecurity that has brought the country's tourism sector close to its knees and threatens East Africa's largest economy.
Different behaviour is observed in summer for both solar activity levels: the maximum value of the F2-layer is not observed close to noon but in a time sector close to midnight.
In summer (January) foF2 reaches its minimum value around the noon sector while the maximum in the diurnal variation of foF2 is located in a time sector close to midnight.
