Expansion of CEmOC services including improving availability of specialists, provision of caesarean section kits and blood transfusion services free of cost were identified as an important solution.
Sections of 4 μM were mounted on glass slides using a PSA® Paraffin Sectioning Kit (Alphelis, Plaisir, France), and subsequently stained according to standard immunohistochemical procedures using citrate antigen retrieval.
Gastric cancer and normal cells were laser capture microdissected using a Pix Cell II LCM system and stained by the HistoGen LCM Frozen Section Staining Kit (Arturus, USA).

50-μm sections were collected at −15°C and the frozen sections were dehydrated in ethanol and stained with the HistoGene LCM frozen section staining kit (MDS Analytical Technologies, CA).
For LCM, the frozen sections were stained and dehydrated using the HistoGene LCM Frozen section staining kit as per manufacturer's recommendations.
