For FBgn IDs present in Dfam data, for which no Flybase entry was found, Flybase's ID Convertor tool (http://flybase.org/static_pages/downloads/IDConv.html) was used to establish the correspondence between the "Secondary ID" present in Dfam and "Current ID" used in the current version of FlyBase, and the data found for either Current ID or Secondary ID was used for a given paralog.
