Krauthammer says he is exploring the caBIG tool caIntegrator, which brings together searchable clinical, microarray, genomic, and medical imaging data so that investigators not versed in bioinformatics can explore data on their own.
The genome sequences were sent to NCBI under the accession numbers CAHQ00000000 (and75) and CVLA01000001-CVLA01000356 (AS98) and they will be searchable at www.GiardiaDB.org together with RNA sequencing data from the AS175 isolate [ 12].
This unique fully-searchable collection brings together approximately 1.5 million pages of primary sources on social, political, health, and legal issues impacting LGBTQ communities around the world.
