This article studies the statistical relationship between the search propensity of suicide-related terms on Google and the number of suicides.
A first set of covariates detects some personal socio-demographic characteristics (i.e. gender, age, marital status, country of birth, macro-area of residence and the field of study), while a second set also includes information about personal educational level to explore the role of human capital characteristics in young peoples' job search propensity (Table 4).
