No significant differences were observed in the change scores of MAP or HR when comparing PCT and SOEOB.
The detailed information of the short reads obtained from SOLiD sequencer and mapped into the genome is summarized in table 2. The relative frequency of the sequence quality scores of mapped short reads for each day is shown in supplementary figure S1, Supplementary Material online.
