But war accurately describes the sustained combat operations in which a dozen allied jets scream into Iraqi air space to fire a score of precision-guided munitions at multiple targets, responding to attacks from surface-to-air missiles or antiaircraft guns.
This result is reflected directly to precision, shown in Figure 5. Their scores of precision are quite low.
Half an hour later, stealthy F-22 Raptors, F-15 Strike Eagles, F-16 Fighting Falcons, supersonic B-1 bombers and unmanned drones swarmed overhead and unleashed scores of precision-guided bombs.
The winger took a sympathetic delayed pop pass and seared through the gap before rounding Maxime Medard and diving over for a score of surgical precision.

The F-score (harmonic mean of precision and recall) at different thresholds were plotted as seen in Figure 4E and F. F-score of about ~58%and~40%0% at a threshold of 33 and 28 were obtained for CC and MF respectively.
Accuracy of these methods was measured using an F1-score (harmonic mean of precision and recall).
