The plants were scored for response to PEG-induced drought stress based on a 0 9 scale scoring pattern of SES, IRRI from the third to the sixth day.
Lesions were scored for response by Modified CT Criteria using FDG-PET/CT scans obtained at baseline, after 30 days of treatment and just before definitive surgery.
For the 1st-line OxMdG cohort, all case-notes and scans were reviewed and scored for response using RECIST criteria, by an independent oncologist and radiologist appointed by ICRF.
Materials: At baseline, three psychosocial measures were used: GPRI Candidate Scale from Phase I. To facilitate scoring of the scale by genetic providers, scores for response to each item on the GPRI were imbedded in the questionnaire, where clinicians could calculate a total score in less than 5 min.

In the present study, increasing the degree of change in ADHD-RS-IV total score required for response resulted in a decrease in responder rates.
The average scores for responses from both groups started at a similar level, as a two-sample t test revealed there was no significant difference (p = 0.55).
To decrease the risk for false positive, we applied a stringent threshold where the modification of touch response was considered significant if the score for touch response was outside the mean baseline ± SD*2.6 (Additional file 1: Figure S1).
Standard choices are the logarithmic score and the Brier score for binary response variables [9] and the continuous rank probability score for continuous response variables [10].
