For the past year, the district attorney's office in Orange County, California, has been battling the fallout from revelations of a decades-old scheme of planting secret informants near defendants' jail cells.
The aims of this work are: (1) to select the design parameters necessary to performance of a desalination plant; (2) to establish the scheme of the plant adapted to the city reality; (3) to calculate the design proposed.
Only few larger scale monitoring schemes of plants exist [35].

The overall scheme of mutagenesis, plant propagation, and mutant library generation is shown in Fig. 1.
The measures to control the deer population were brought in as part of a scheme to plant 80,000 trees in the area.
