The run was terminated only after the Bayesian MCMC searches had reached a stationary phase (plateau), indicating convergence of the chain onto the target distribution, and a consensus tree built using the last 1000 trees (burn-in = 49001 samples for main tree, 9001 samples for subset analyses).
