In the samples of industrially used homogeneous materials showing low absorption by water, the total attenuation coefficients of the samples were fitted by Rayleigh scattering theory.
The diameter distribution in the samples was fitted by a Gaussian distribution and shown in a blue line in each histogram, where the peak position was taken as the average diameter (< 2R >), with a standard deviation.
