Some samples did, however, contain enterohaemorrhagic E. coli virulence properties, such as Stx1, Stx2 and enterohaemolysin, which might impose a health risk if ingested.
The small number of samples did however not allow the analysis of the correlation between microvessel density and CCR5 expression.
